I have ordered and installed these blinds on 2 separate occasions. (one big order and one VERY SMALL order and have been pleased with the price, delivery time, quality, appearance, and ease of installation. The blinds are durable and perform as advertised.

Blinds arrived earlier than expected and were dead easy to install. They are a fantastic value and have really made a difference to our kitchen and breakfast rooms.
When we finish up our remodeling of the family room and pool/bar area we'll certainly be ordering more from here.

Already purchased these for the rest of our house over a year ago, and needed one more set for our last room we renovated. New set matched perfectly and fits right in. There was a difference in the type of clips used to hold the valence on (the new ones look more solid, but didn't match) we stole a few from the others around the house to make them match, then called customer service and they sent a few more of the older ones to replace the ones we had borrowed from around the other blinds in the house.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
